Welcome to Valentine’s Day
It’s usually, about now, that we are well passed any degree of personal commitment, or adherence to, our New Year’s resolutions. Such a shame.
They were, as they always are, made with great intent, high hopes, and a positive expectation. Then, life gets in the way, and we go back to where we’ve always been.
We know we should be better, we want to do better, we just don’t have the time, knowledge, motivation at a fundamental level, or, dare I say, discipline. And we lack a compliant environment around us, that helps us do what we know we should do
So how about this Valentine’s Day, you love yourself, – as well as those around you? J
Recommit to, more likely, one of the most often top three made New Year’s resolutions. – To get in shape, to lose weight, to find more energy, or something along those lines.
